We guarantee refund under two scenarios:

1. If requested within 4 days of purchase and before starting more than 3 units.
2. If a student’s score does not increase*.

• Access Prep’s students who do not increase their score can receive a full refund for the price of the course.
• LSAC licensing fees are non-refundable.
• To be eligible for the refunds, students must meet the following requirements:
  • Students must complete the full course by watching all lesson videos/modules.
  • Students must complete all quizzes under each video.
  • Students must take 5 timed practice exams under their test day conditions.

• The following can be submitted as a prior score:
  • An official LSAT score taken within 3 months prior to purchasing the Access Prep LSAT course. A screenshot of the prior score can be submitted to info@accessprep.org.
  • Diagnostic Exam completed under accurately timed testing format and conditions before Lesson 1.

• The following can be submitted as a later score:
  • Official score from an LSAT administration within 30 days of course completion.
  • Students must download an official LSAT score report from the LSAC website and email it to info@accessprep.org within 30 days of completing the course.
